treatment, Douglas and David knew exactly what was expected of them to

always knew I needed braces and had been dreading the day when I would
actually have them put on. I am so happy with the care I received from
you both as well as your pleasant, funny office staff. The two of you
made what could have been a negative experience a great one. I never
thought I would get to the retainer phase and now here I am. I get so
many compliments on my teeth! I never realized how many people noticed,
and knowing that they did makes me feel even better about finally

would like to thank you for all the hard work and patience you had with
both Jason and Heather. Both had their individual problems and you
diligently provided excellent advice and skill while correcting their
teeth. When Heather’s braces were removed on June 18th, I
never saw such a beautiful smile. Tears filled my eyes as those of some
of your staff who have followed her through all the years. We still
cannot stop her from smiling!
I
commend your staff as well on all their kindness shown toward the
children and the instructions that are effective on the children. (More
so than ours is at home.) The thought of having braces is tough enough
on a child, but with yours’ and the help of your office personnel, it
turned out to be a tolerable, stress free event. Risa is most helpful in
her advice and her kindness: her professionalism is commendable. We
could not have survived the first few months without her.
I
cannot say enough good about your skill and the professionals you have
employed. I have and will continue to recommend you to all. I cannot
thank you enough for what you have done for my children. They respect
their teeth now and understand the need to follow up with your
directions. We will continue to follow up with you as recommended, but
in the meantime, continue the good work.
