First Visit: New Patient Consultation
The first step to a beautiful healthy smile
is to schedule
your FREE
personal consultation with Dr. Cohen.
At this initial
appointment the doctors will evaluate whether or not there is a need for
orthodontic treatment. If a problem is detected the doctors will
recommend diagnostic tests be taken to properly evaluate your particular
problem. After analyzing and reviewing all of the diagnostic
information, Dr. Cohen will meet with you and your family personally.
All findings and recommendations will be explained to you in
understandable terms, and all of your questions will be answered. Some
of the questions Dr. Cohen will address include:
- Do you need orthodontic
treatment?
- When should your treatment
begin?
- What kind of treatment plan
is recommended?
- How long will treatment take?
- How much will treatment cost?
- What are your payment
options?
- Any other questions you may
have.
It is our desire that
our patients leave the office with a clear understanding of their
specific needs, what the treatment will consist of and how long it will
take.
For your convenience we
offer no-down payment and low monthly payment arrangements.
In addition, we accept VISA and MasterCard. Furthermore, we know how to
work with your insurance company to get you your maximum benefits. Our
